Suitable for everyone, these drop-in classes offer simple, practical methods to improve the quality of our lives and develop inner peace. These classes focus on using Buddhist understanding to help us solve our daily problems, let go of negative minds and find the lasting happiness we seek.

Each class includes breathing meditation, teaching and guided meditation on topic of the night. There is also an opportunity to ask questions. Although taught as a series, each class is self-contained and can be attended individually. Please feel free to drop-in on a class-by-class basis, or enjoy the full series. These classes are suitable for both beginners and those with more experience.

Virtuous minds of love and compassion are the path to inner peace and happiness and available to everyone who wishes to develop these positive minds.

In this series of classes we will dedicate each week to contemplating these virtuous minds that leads to happiness. Through contemplation and meditation, we can learn how to strengthen and increase these powerful positive minds in our heart.  By applying ancient Buddhist wisdom to our busy modern lives, we can experience a deep and satisfying happiness, and become the joyful person we wish to be.

What is Tantra? How can we engage in qualified Buddhist Tantric practice? On this course Kelsang Kunden will explain the practice of Tantra, and how we can begin our journey on the quick path to enlightenment. This course is a perfect preparation for those who wish to receive Highest Yoga Tantra empowerments in Toronto in October. It is also a special opportunity for experienced practitioners to deepen their understanding of the tantric path.

Please join us afterwards for some social time with Sangha to strengthen and grow our community in London at a restaurant or cafe near the venue.
